Service Area
We provide edible products only in Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, and nearby areas. Insulated cups and other sublimated items are available for shipping (shipping fees apply).

Orders & Deposits

• All orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance to allow proper preparation and availability.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to secure your booking.
• If the client reschedules the event, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. However, deposits are non-refundable in case of order cancellations.

Order Requirements

• To ensure successful order fulfillment, please provide the following details:
  Number of guests
• Theme, colors, and flavors
• Date, time, and location (if delivery is requested)
• Any food allergies (must be mentioned at the time of order; we are not responsible for allergic reactions)

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery fees range from $10 to $30, depending on the distance.
• Once the order is delivered to the event location, we are not responsible for any damages.
• If the client picks up the order, Cakes by Jackshira is not responsible for any issues that may arise during transportation.

Last-Minute Changes

• Any last-minute modifications will incur additional fees based on the requested changes.
• Payment for changes must be made immediately; otherwise, the order will be completed as originally placed.
